Stay in the moment, try to be strong. 
Pretend, fake it, somehow get along.
Don't make waves, and never rock the boat.
Keep your head up, fight to stay afloat.
Excuses come and reasons they go.
Hide your anger, never let it show.
Close your eyes, just freeze time.
Chase the rhythm, seek the rhyme. 
Not too fast, and not too slow.
All that you've learned, you'll never really know. 
Emotions tangled, wound up so tight.
Your head says wrong, but your heart says right. 
Confusion and frustration wait at every turn.
Each next mistake, yet another lesson to learn.
Remember to smile, and never show fear.
Things aren't always as they outwardly appear.
Fight the fog, find your way through.
I am your life, and I've been waiting for you.
