Life Poem by Gautham Gangadharan

Life

i was running behind a sweet fragrance
but i didn't know where was it from
i lost myself in the journey
but i just cotinued.

i lost colours by the way
darkness hugged me
i just continued.

i reached at last -
inside a beautiful palace
but i didn't got the source of the smell

i, once turned back
alas! the palace was a mouth -
of a giant devil

i ran as i could.
but 'time' threw me
to the giant teeth
i was helpless..
