You promised to love me
To always take care of me
You said you want me
And you will never leave me

You said your love is true
And you will never be untrue
You promised to be around
To comfort me when I’m down

Now, you’re packing
It’s because you’re leaving
When these teary eyes look at you
It seems like goodbyes and we’re through

What should I do
I ask you
Do I have to tell you
Those promises that been thrown

They said love is holding on
Same as my feelings that never gone
But if you can’t love me as much as I do
I am quietly letting you go
