I love you so much, but you can't see that.
I've cried too many tears over you
and my heart is too cracked
to play anymore games.

I look at you and
my heart fills with joy
and my heart fills with hope,
but all that shatters when you talk about her.

You say I'm just a friend
but even then you don't act like it.
You say I'm your best friend
but even that seems fake.

My dear I'll always love you,
but I can't take these games.
My heart can't take it and
I have no more tears to cry.

I still love you
and that will never change,
But I can't live everyday
hoping you'll come back.

So I'm letting God guide me,
He knows whats best.
I love you, but I have to let this go
and if you come back, then I will know.

But until then God is in control.
And my friends are by my side.
I love you but I can't hold
all this heartbreak inside.
