Let World Turn Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Let World Turn

Rating: 5.0

Let world turn blind eyes
The person should always try
With sickness or old age
The sheet is like blank page

Who says age is irrelevant?
Yes, past must be taken over by present
By choosing what is right for future
It must be made sure

The youth was spent with vigor
Earned laurels with honor
That age can not be called “broken hope”
It was successful show over flop show

I am sure old people are asset
The youth of today should never forget
They owe their existence to us
They must pay respect and trust

We never sing past glory
It was not a lost period to feel sorry
Those were the days blessed by almighty
We could take care of family and everybody

We may be ignored at home
But rest of outside people welcome
It is our fault that has created
Our position is compromised and stands unrelated

Past may be past
But good must be picked fast
If old history is not to be repeated
Old must be facilitated and treated

Let youth of today remember
We were strong member
We stood firm and chased wind
Now is the time to behave properly and be kind
