Let the snowflakes drop
Upon you and i
When the winter is nigh
When the cloud is friendly
When the scotching sun is gone
Let the snowflakes drop
Upon my curly black hair
When the summer is gone
When the sky is clear and blue
When the day is beautiful and gay
Let the snowflakes drop
Upon you and i
When we go on riding on the narrow pathway
When our heart is merry
In the cold starry night
