At the start, you were everywhere.
In the end you'll be by my side.
I've been broken down, kicked until I was lost.
And you found me. You found me.

And I was everything lost.
A blind man sailing the ocean,
A little heart, but no devotion.
I was everything you needed me not to be.

When I reach rock bottom,
When I believe all hope has been replaced,
I know you'll grasp my hand.
Set me back on solid land.

I know you won't leave me or forsake me,
When humanity claims they've won.
I stand up tall, for once in my life.
Lead me to the light.

The dark and shadowed.
This is all I've ever known.
You stepped in the darkness within.
Transformed into something brighter.
