Laughter In His Eyes Poem by Dylan Attard

Laughter In His Eyes

To and fro your eyes will go.
Taking in the sight,
"Be careful lad! " I let you know,
I see the coming night.
Little brother from the sea,
Playing amongst the rocks and crabs,
Merrily.
Your heart races as you discover.
Exploring now my little brother,
Learning how to grow.
I watch you as you go.
Little brother I see your smile and smile back at you.
Because my boy, you are the light
That guides me through the endless night.
Laughter In His Eyes I call you now.
Knowing that the name rings true.
It's who you are and will always be.
Finding beauty in the old and new.
