Laughter Poem by Ashley Dowdy (Forbus)

Laughter

Laughter sets you free with painful ease.
Destiny is a call'n me
I am fall'n, fall'n in the spaces of change
Fall'n into my own pace
This is most inexpensively a have to
Undoubtfully a need to
Breaking the darkness that shallows me
Fear is not over rated
Fear is breaking these chains
Indeed fear sets you free
One day I pray you will see
A light of enlightenment will shine within your eyes
When your dancing happily through life
Of pain and anony
Of love and laughter
Of sorrow and life's poisoned arrow
I once hated these emotions for they caused such commotions
Here and in the now I no longer wear a frown
I embrace emotions that need to be
They make me, me. They set me free
So give I give you two words:
Laugh Abundantly
