Latent Fragility Poem by Logan Pope

Latent Fragility

Rating: 4.8

My eyes seemed to wander
and my mind started to look
as I gazed into that eye of yours
that caught me like a hook

My ears started to tighten
and my chest deeply heard
That voice of yours I hear all day
That sounds like a hummingbird

I was filled with such amazement
and the room was filled with ease
as i gaze into your sable hair
falling like the ocean breeze

Those are the words that will describe you
for giving me such serenity
My clandestine, my impossible dream
My latent fragility

hmmm... sounds familiar as if I read it somewhere in school.. posted on the bulletin of my classroom... (said with sarcasm) ., But then again.. It seems like you keep such secrecy for it is impossible to reach? ? .. Though I really like the title.. 'Latent Fragility'.. :) Continue writting..
