Knock, Knock Poem by rose higgins

Knock, Knock

Knock, knock.
She opens her heart
and lets him in.
He tells her he loves her
and she gives in.

Knock, knock.
She opens her journal
and tells him then.
He tells her he loves her
and she gives in.

Knock, knock.
She opens her soul
and believes in him.
He tells her he loves her
and she gives in.

Knock, knock.
She opens her body
and lets him in.
He tells her he loves her
-and leaves her then.
