Knock At Me Poem by Udaya R. Tennakoon

Knock At Me

Come to me
Close to me
Sing your song to me

My half day of madness
Prolong to a full day
A day or a night
In that to be sunk

Fullness a medicine for an illness
Darkness a bed for a sleepiness
Madness a permit to be oneness
Oneness a soul to be worldliness

You delay not
Time ticks
Come to me
Knock at me

Sleepless nights with your half
Though I wish cannot good laugh
Forget my dreams and soon splash
Lunatic changes make a clash
