Kiss (Free Verse)



Elevated to a plain of total commitment,
Beyond words of their unrestrained indulgence in sensual pleasures.
A mutual consent as they drew closer,
Arms open in a sign of submission.
Entwined in an gentle embrace,
Hands caress to heighten arousal.
Bodies fuse expressing passion,
Eyes closed to capture the essence.
Breathing heavily,
Their mouths gently press together.
Sealing their vow of love...

Wow! What a steaming and powerful poem which reminds me of two poems I wrote sometime ago titled: A SUMMER'S NIGHT and AN EROTIC LOVE. While reading this hair raising write my room started to get hotter and I was wondering if the Air Conditioner was set right. I went and checked it out and it was alright!
