When tragedy struck, I picked up a pen and started the outpouring of life's pain that keeps the writing flow

Brain sick a thesaurus of words leaking out of a damaged head

These words my inner being stepping on sanity's thin line only a push away to insanity

The living forces a vital force persona of the subconscious

Make up smiles hiding individuality eating away at the psyche of my soul

Hope that others read the meanings of what written is shared

Taught to write about what you know lessons fished from deep within my heart

Time spent endlessly explaining the non-uniqueness of the hurt faced everyday

Unpicking dissecting trying to make some sense in a senseless world

Poetic license the illusions of control the reminisce of calmer days
