Keep Ya Head Up Pierre Loury Poem by Cmack Estevez

Keep Ya Head Up Pierre Loury

Keep ya head up Pierre Loury

You were so young
You had a future that awaited you.
But the bullets at the hands of a cop slayed you.
They took your chances as a rapper and your future away.
On this day on April 13,2016 we loss a brother in Chiraq.
His name was Pierre Loury.
He was suspected and falsely accused as a thug at night.
He was gunned down by hated judgmental Pigs.
Why kill our young blacks and browns people?
Stop the police brutality.
Stop the killing.
If we run stop chasing us.
Quit harassing us.
You judge us as killers.
Then we judge ya'll as killers of injustice for taken unarmed colored young men and women.
His mother cry's
HIs mother cry's by saying he was sixteen he had a future he was not 30 yet my baby was 16.
The struggle continues.
Police Brutality still exist.
Keep ya head up Pierre.
I know your fed up.
Your spirit will never be dead.
Your spirit and existence is still here.
Your race hears your voice.
It's a shame you were so young
So innocent
And an aspiring person who rapped.
Screw the pictures of you posting of you thugging.
You deserve our hugging and support.
Pierre Loury is my homie
He's my Angel
No he was our Angel.
It's so hard that cops can't put down the guns.
Stop harassing and killing us.
Stop suspecting us as thugs.
Ya'll the worse killers
Ya'll cant win
We can't give up
We fight against brutality.
From the black panthers to the Black lives matter I say we fight we protest and this is for Pierre Loury.
We love you keep ya head up and I'm sorry.
