Keep Away From Temptations.
If you are dieting,
don't keep junk
food lying around.
Make no provision
for your temptations.
Turn your phone off
while you are working.
Get rid of all distractions.
"Keep your way
far from her,
and do not go
near the door
of her house." —
(The verse speaks of
the door of an adulteress (The Book of Proverbs 5: 8 in the Holy Bible) .
