is it my words that you need?

My Vocal chords have become shy
my speech, i was told is too rapid
and over this time
they initiated my speech condition
the fact finding doesn't start
with a question referencing
my rate in speech

i am rapid in speech

am i always rapid in speech?
is it 'periods' of rapid speech
or a time of rapid
or certain...

don't want to give all the 'possibilities' away
