Just Knowing Poem by Ray Hansell

Just Knowing

I don't think I ask for much
When it comes to love
Just someone to share the night
While admiring the stars above

I don't want someone to control
Just a caring heart
Someone here to greet to me
When a new day starts

Just someone to hold my hand
As we walk beneath the moon light
Just someone who'll let me know
That the way I'm loving them is right

I will never ask for much
Just for someone to care
Just knowing in my heart
That she'll always be there

The beauty of this poem is in its simplicity. It presents some basics that make a good foundation for love. : -)
