Just Call Me A Fool Poem by Angelica Ortiz

Just Call Me A Fool

It's unfortunate of what could have been
Suddenly became effortless.
I blamed everything on you and at the end of the day
You can just call me a fool.

All the worthwhile was worth it, but your sleazy ritual
Kills all the hummingbirds and the lotus scent in the air.
If it wasn't for you I wouldn’t have wondered so antically,
At the end of day you can just call me fool.

Your eyes can melt the fire on my skin
But your hypnotizing words leave disappointment the next day.
A day and a half later I’m smiling at you again,
At the end of that day you can just call me a fool.

You can stumble over as many traps as you can,
It doesn’t make me any different from you.
Though the reasons are coming from Love,
At the end of day you can just call me a fool.

If i really think about it all,
I can’t say if the choices are right.
My brain and my heart are at war,
And the end of day

Just call me a fool.
