Judgement Poem by John Griffiths

Judgement

When my time is over,
I must pay for every sin,
By looking in the mirror,
At the picture from within.

Reflecting back into my life,
With teardrops in my eyes,
The pictures start exposing
All the cheating and the lies.

The mistakes have all been lessons,
As I start to feel the pain,
But the next time will be different,
If I don’t fall again.

For every wrongful action
There is a price that I must pay,
As my soul is bared before me,
On this my judgement day.
