Let Love's poetry
Take flight,
Elevate the spirit
That is free,
Give us wings
Of beauty, kindness too
Like miracles of inner light
That are born in me and you, .
Let Poetry give Life,
That special tone
Reaching soul,
Dispersing, fright
Knowing that Love
Has stronger, might.
Than all the evil,
That we ever fight.
Poetry,
A symphony of words,
Treasures that belong to All
Celestial music, beauty's call,
Won't disappear, or even stall
First literary words,
The world has ever known,
Long live this blessing!
On its bright, poetic Throne.
And for all Poets and Readers who hear and are blessed by
Poetry's call.
Wow, thank you Sandra, poetry does give light for those who’s hearts glows, no room for filth, hate, or jealousy..although poetry can cover the substance of these with a voice of a parent trying to warn their children of the pitfalls, yes poetry can be a source of love and encouragement to all...great poem Sandra and thank you my friend😊😊
