It's Not Too Late Poem by Michael P. Johnson

It's Not Too Late

Whatever you've thought, said or done
How evil you think to be
Salvation's crown can still be won
Once Jesus sets us free

This fact is real, this message true
It's happening today
Through Christ my God, I'm born anew
To walk Salvation's Way

For this reason, Christ left His throne
Though God! As man, He came
Born as a child of flesh and bone
To free bound souls in shame

Delivered from Satan's shackles
I've learned to understand
Made wise to hell's horde of jackals
Safe in Christ Jesus' hand

No! It's not my imagination
Neither a scam or lie
Nor fictional reincarnation
But as Jesus lives on high

He'll raise me up, while trillions fall
Where devils burn in jail
He'll raise me with a trumpet call
Where death and tears fail

The bible teaches well and clear
When seeking Jesus face
When heart and soul floods with cheer
And love pulsates with grace

Nothing can describe this feeling
Where seems inside takes flight
When one's hands reach for the ceiling
Ecstatic with delight.....
