It’s A Sad Life


It’s a sad life
when all we’ve got is memories
to keep us going through each day.

It’s a sad life
when we’ve only memories
to make our life stay alive.

Memories are all right
to reminisce with others
about times gone by.

But it’s a sad and lonely life
if they are all you have
to make your life alive.
