It Is Nice To Hear



it is nice to hear that the blind man
along the city street asking for alms
is not really asking for your coins and
other means of support when he starts
to strum his guitar and sing his song
he is simply telling you about his world
where light exists no more exercising
his freedom of expression and not his
freedom of abode and locomotion.
