Isle Of Love I Poem by Matt Starking

Isle Of Love I

As the lion searches for its prey,
so have i longed for you.
So sorry my anger drove you away
with you behind me
I was more comfortable.
Why did i act a fool,
you're adorable.
I betrayed you,
I was carried away.
Like a feather
I was discouraged
by the bad weather
We were a good pair
but i did not treat you fair

I liked this bu I'd advise you change it to the following. As the lion searches for its prey, so have i longed for you. So sorry my anger drove you away as with you behind me I was more comfortable. Why did i act like a fool, you're adorable. I betrayed you, I was carried away. Like a feather I was discouraged by bad weather We were a good pair but i did not treat you well.
