Is This Deep Enough? Poem by David Boyd

Is This Deep Enough?

You can shine all you want to, forgive me though sir.
What you speak of is beyond the world.
A element of physics, that science couldn't prove.
It's the simple reason you get what you deserve.
Regrettably standing lifeless, reminiscing with sin.
There's no more for you in this world.

A quick sudden halt when I look within your eyes.
Comfortably I believe im finally gonna die.
The stars shine bright, I bleed this black.
No more to bring my endless doom.
Regrettably standing lifeless, reminiscing with sin.
There's no more for you in this world.
