Is There A God? Poem by Andrew Matthews

Is There A God?

If there is no God
then how was the Universe created?

The paradox is perplexing though.
If God created the Universe
then who created God?
It defies logic.
Maybe the laws of Phycics
don't apply to God,
but then maybe they do
out of our grasp of our
understanding of them.
There is always the uncertainty principle
which dictates that there is an equal probability that there is or isn't a God.
Just like there is an equal probability that you will guess the correct outcome of the toss of a coin.
It just depends how much knowledge you have about that coin.
You know that it will be either Heads or Tails thus the probability of a correct prediction increases.

As our understanding of the Universe and how it works increases
we will inevitably get closer to knowing if there is or isn't a God.

There is an equal possibility that we won't and that only in the event of our death will we know for sure, in the Anti-life.

'For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction, '
This applies to everything it must.
Maybe our essence transcends to another existence when we die,
another dimension.
Immune from Gravity and Time, the very things we are bound to in this life, this four dimensional existence.

When a match is struck and burns, the essence of that match remains
it is simply transformed from one state of existence into another, this must be true to all aspects of the Universe.
As for whether or not there's a God.......My moneys on there is.
