Where am I when I stop
perceiving?
Does anything exist
when I'm not receiving?
Who can imagine a larger Universe
than God did?
I'm sure God is inside of my Universe,
am I in his?
Are our minds connected or separate?
Do we need each other?
Are we like brothers?
Where is Mother?

Almighty is up on seventh sky yet watching us, helping us and is present through its messages and umpteen signs...A thought provoking poem, Indeed.

Wonderful questions Poetic, philosophical. I really think that it is so difficult to experience God because He is always maximally present. (as opposed to warmth or anything measurable) We do not understand why things happen. Life is not easy, but it is beautiful. The world is far from perfect and the question by Kelly Kurt below is very pertinent. The answer to his question lies in imagining a perfect world. How scary would it would it be to live in a perfect world. Whatever we do would make it less perfect. Creativity, motivation, lending a hand here or there, all suddenly absolutely obsolete. Can any of us imagine how dull it would be to live in a perfect world. Animalistic indulgence in an extremely boring paradise. Somehow we were given the power of creativity, we were allowed to co-create. Somehow we were given the huge power to love and self sacrifice and enjoy the perfect peace of mind that goes with that. Somehow we were given a heart full of kindness. Each of us has periods when we can help and when we need help. The times we can help are for sure the much better ones, but gracefully accepting the help of others can be satisfying as well, when we need it. I love the world. I think a perfect world would be extremely scary.... Sorry, I write too much. Your poem is so thought provoking.
