Irregular Poem by Jason Powell

Irregular

Rating: 3.0

My heart still pumps most irregular
It fills me with fear and reality
I live for the raised pump that flows through me
A feeling that no soul can relate
I live for the smile that's bound to me
And the memories that I safely create
For my beating heart is still irregular
As the feeling of joy still remains

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
I have heart palpitations, and as much as it's scary, it's also thrilling, the human body amazes me, how it wants to survive regardless of state of mind.
