Invited Guess To Three Poems In One: (Improvisation 08 25 2009)

Poems adrift Among artificial and
Ephemeral rainbow colored clouds
Reachable glory so self proclaimed
Poems of pure word? Sought after
As if minds store holy things
Befall adventurers as need of love
Or love sonnets from within
Could human language fall with love
Fall from trees
Poems of pure word? Sought after
Stripped of humanness leave
Enough for surprise and expectation
To play like suspended belief
Wait for falling stars to fall
For human language to find
Truths loss returned to believe in
Befalls but sacred love falls
For you and me
As truly spoken as truth believed
Would faith to marry belief –fall?
And live the mystery of
Make believe and slip in grooves
To fall like clowns to laughter
And play on words as though the games
Were magician trick cards and scrabble
To mean unreal things as they
Really are…
Real things refined as mere sacrifices
And moral hazards at parties open to all
Invited guess…
