Introspection Poem by Syl Espina

Introspection

Every sunrise, I set out to sail
With my head full of ideas,
And my heart full of hope.

At noon day, I stop and rest
To take my meal
And to relieve my stress.

Every sunset, I steer my wheel
To where I belong
Which I call home.

And at night, I sit and ponder
Whether I've learned a thing or two;
Whether I've gained a friend or foe.
