Into The Light Poem by Mandi Hayden

Running, faster through the pain
Does not make it any less,
something dark is in your brain,
seems You've lost your inner zest,

people speak, but deafness falls,
it's not as if they've much to say,
the voices in your head they call,
but you shout back, GO AWAY! !

then out of nowhere, a Light
inside your head it's dead of night,
and music fills your deafened ears,
and all your pain.....has dissapeared
