Interpretation Poem by Michael Walkerjohn

Interpretation

Written consciously
expressing reality
through only one mind…

exhibits ego
ergo: allow that thought no
credible credence…

without throwing salt
all over one's shoulders
a simplified task.

Read and studied years
wrights based upon evidence
one's personal truths…

intuitively
the readership does so think
such silly notions…

connotations fool
even the least simple tool
sitting in corners…

nose first, dunce hat on
does exhibit self-ego
pissing in the wind!

However, nature
expresses differently
minds through foggy clouds…

manifestations
of simple thought awakened
through a wright' retort…

expose a brilliance
a kinda, sorta, maybe
of turn the light on?

Think before you wright
especially in critiques
technically nurtured…

that better judgement
elicits more kind retorts
creates fellowship…

in social forums
without unnecessary
warranted backlash.

Mind, as only ghost
hidden behind one's ‘handle'
is a lonely one…

misdirecting all
far from truth's simplicity
beyond greatest worth…

and what is the cost
clear and elemental loss
to both friend and foe…

so why all the fuss
about synonyms and such
within simple prose?

Remember to ‘KISS'
that is a better judgement's
interpretation.
