Give me a cause to lift my head up
Help me now that I am in the dumps
Say those words that will uplift me
Help me get out of this muck and grime
Help me to stand, can’t you feel I am sinking
Say the words that will make me secure
That after your help I’ll be able to stand
Stand and face anything and everything
Inspire me with your words
