Insidious Surprises Poem by Laura arwen

Insidious Surprises

Rating: 4.5

I hate surprises
because they give
you many troubles
Personally I don't
learn anything good
on surprises
They make me
angry and confused
Every surprise is
very insidious for
my mind
They are a
dangerous risk to
my health
I can't afford
any surprise in
my life
They represent a
real problem for
me
I can't confront
them
They are negative
I don't like
surprises because they
aren't certain or
known
I don't get
any benefits from
them
I find them
infinite and little
joyful
I think we
lose everything with
them
They don't belong
to my personality
They are too
cumbersome to carry
It seems they
are little pleasures
but also cheats
For me it's
an agony to
receive surprises
Personally they are
unmanageable
I feel broken
with them

You have rightly said...They are negative I don't like surprises because they aren't certain or known. Beautiful poem. Thanks for sharing.

Sometimes it happens when surprises bring sad news and you have a bad taste about it. But many people have the habit of giving surprises. Nice poem. Enjoyed.

'They represent a real problem for me I can't confront them They are negative' - it differs from person to person, but yes it's true that surprises are sometimes insidious.

What if some surprises inspire you to write a good poem?
