Inside Myself Poem by Spiritwind Wood

Caught in a world of illusion
the mind heals but still so much confusion
trapped inside myself in my own institusion
just trying to break out
with voices in my head screaming out...
tears like blood running through my veins
drowning in yesterdays rains
lost inside myself with no reality
and no one there to save me
inside myself feeling the numbness
with the light only in darkness
no sun fading on my horizon
the dreams now are all gone
inside myself I walk alone
the nightmares keeps returning
as my soul keeps burning
inside myself my own living hell
with all of that has fell
