Inner Eye Poem by Zillur Rahman Shuvro

Inner Eye

When a friendly star call on from light-year far
Some phantoms obstruct me for not going there
And they ridicule and ask me, ' Is it possible brother? '
My modest answer, ‘From zero to now I'm everywhere.'
I'm faster than light-horse and larger than sky
Though I live in the cottage of three and half hand
Until it is destroyed by storm I'll all along magnify
Him—who is the proud owner of the soil and sand!
I'm self-controlled but profoundly obsessed by beauty of cosmos
Willy-nilly I always visit Elysian places for entertainment
I'm abundant! I don't ogle at the toss
I'm the fraction of the ray of Omnipotent
