Influence Is Like An Ink
Influence Is Like An Ink
That drops on a blank page,
Spreading fast it covers
Instantly such a good range.
The company we keep
Pours the ink of Influence
That spreads and it may grip
Our views or intelligence.
As salt that is laid on a dish
Spreads out its own saltiness,
What thoughts we may thus cherish-
Sway us toward Wrong or Goodness.
