indecision and strife
the story of time
wondering and choosing
which things we find
a loss for words
thoughts yet conveyed
a life leading
an endless array
we walk through a field
where many things grow
cornstalks and flax seeds
people we know
connections that take
us to our friends
we're lost without 'em
we're nothing and then
within ourselves
a light does show
the love that helps
each one of us grow
a tree of life
learn from whats past
press on with hope
that one day we'll last
