it won't take that long
to write this
it is as short as a sigh.

it does not matter that you
love me as a kite
just love me.

my bamboo bones
my paper wings.

and your connection to me
against the wind
is just this string.

it does not matter
what matters most is that you love me.
just love me.

at night you put me in your room
just near your bed
the stars shine with envy
the night though silent like the stars
shows nothing but coldness
about this love that we share

it does not matter
what matters is you love me and even if
it is just like a string
i am happy just because you love me

it has taken that long for me to write this
and you are impatient
telling me that i lied, that it would just be
that short,
like a sigh, but it does not matter
and you know what i mean
in the wink of your eye.
