In The Shower Poem by Ian Syder

In The Shower

Rating: 5.0

Baring all in a baptism
(Sometime cold, sometime hot, sometime just right)
And to all of the unclean commune
Who wish to come clean

The insecure maintain their dignity
Boxer - shorted
Whilst others parade their seminal erection
With abandon

And everyone is glancing
Eyes dancing
From one exposed body to another
Intent; as if listening to a confession

The soap, shampoo and water
Change all back to what they were
