In The Rain Poem by Tinus Erasmus

In The Rain

If all flowers were to wither away,
If the sky were to turn gray,
That would be the day,
That I will then again,
Listen to the rain,
When my feelings were to die,
Time will then again cry,
Days would fly,
That would be the day,
That I will then again,
Forget the pain.
If crowds were to break,
If the fame were to fall,
That would be the day,
That we will then again,
Be all the same,
If the clouds were to open up,
If the sun were to shine,
That will be the day,
That we will then again,
Feel the love,
If tears were to dry,
If the birds were to fly,
that will be the day,
That I will then again,
Show my love.
