In The Gray Poem by Marlena Rose

In The Gray

Blue skies cloud with gray,
A downpour is on it's way.
Some inside will hide their eyes,
But I will go out and play.

The water washes the lies,
Every hurt and every cry,
Gone away in the rush of gray
And makes me refuse to die.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
A poem I wrote for one of my stories I am writing. This poem, unlike End Of The World, has meaning to it, which is pretty clear cut.
