In The End Poem by Aisha Fortson (P.A.L.)

In The End

Rating: 1.0

Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow
But soon you too will endure great sorrow
The action may not be the same but pain still severe
And it hurts the most cause it's a kick in the rear
The pain you cause may drive one crazy or even insane
But be guaranteed to endure double that pain
When egos are into play and the heart steps aside
Your eyes fill with evil and your soul too much pride
Know in your heart that it stands clear and true
That what you dish out in life comes back to you
So do what you must, the choice is yours to make
But when you do dirt, it may be your life you take
Be warned, take heed, cause what I say I do contend
What you do in life, you do surely get back in the end!
