In tears, I raise my eyes
to the high mountains
crying to my God:
Would you help me?
My God cannot sleep
when i struggle here on earth.
The Lord my God
will carry me on the shoulders
and touch my heart and head
caressing me all through out.
Nothing will harm me
when I am in his hands.
God carries me and walks
protecting me from every evil.
