She is waiting,
to be tested and operated,
in operation theater.
She has a pain,
tingling in her brain,
a compounding fear and a tear.
I am not there,
to feel her pain,
to touch her hand,
It is too far,
I can't fly,
Over seven seas, an overseas.
My heart is impounding,
beat fast, beat slow,
never in rhyme.
I believe,
god is there,
for every care.

There is fear, there is prayer for the well being of a loved one undergoing surgery at a far off place. The words bring out the emotional state of the well wisher quite succinctly. Thanks.
