In Illumining Darkness

Rating: 5.0

Before the illumining darkness,
the simple abstruse ever beheld
as in a glass darkly; before

the glory within perfect glory
the hidden opaque within perfect
luminescence; before the invisible

everywhere never seen the Patrimony
preceding the bond consuming the veil
on celestial quintessence is Guide.

subtle as shade made by new moon
in winter wood it impresses itself
further and further within. words

formed from air appear on paper
without effort or forethought
in a string of sounds and images,

name of the author written in
the background, in white spaces
between and behind black letters
