In Flowers And In Trees Poem by Lynn Barany

In Flowers And In Trees

We see it almost every day
It blows now in the breeze,
It is scattered on the oceans
And is visible in trees.

It's there among the flowers
And in the star's so bright,
We can see it every morning,
And can feel it every night.

In a little puppy's face
And in the song of birds,
The music of the classics,
And in the spoken word.

Some days we think it's gone away
It is over, and is done
But next day there it is again
Glowing in the sun.

We see it in a baby's eyes
Or walking through a fog,
It is everything that's beautiful
It is the face of God.
