Standing here all alone in the dark
Wondering if your out,
Wondering if you still have your shot gun
Do i still have to hide

This darkness is so bad,
I can't see my phone in my hand
Only being a bull to feel it keeps me moving on

Not knowing if you are watching me
Not knowing weather if i need to run
Not knowing if i am safe

Im begging you...
Please don't hurt me
Please don't hurt my family

I did nothing to you
Your son was my boyfriend
He was my best friend
It wasn't me who killed him

It was that drunk driver
Speeding down the road

Do you remember that?
Do you remember that i died that night as well?
Do you remember that he was the one that made me safe at night?
Knowing he would always be there

But now he is gone
You say im no longer safe
You still blame me knowing
I was at hime with my family
