Im Me Poem by Antonaeshia Andrews

See eveybody is the same except me,
I'm unique, diiferent in every way.
I let my mind do the work,
They let there mouths do theirs.
I set my future to success,
They set theirs to death.
I can see the life that hides inside me,
They can only see my face.
I feel like nobody's listening,
They have a whole speach to themselves.
They say they'er real and true,
Then why dosent anybody like you?
I see people my age get killed everyday.
They say its nothing its just how the games played.
To me lifes no gam its nothing to be played with.
So why do they think it is?
But its my state of mind and opinion.
Just to say I am me,
And thats all I can be.
